Small Group Classes

A certified Strength and Conditioning coach will guide you through a warm-up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. Your coach will supervise and correct any movements performed during the workout.

ONE-ON-ONE

PERSONAL TRAINING

one on one 30 minute or 60 minute sessions with a trainer. These sessions are designed with your specific goals in mind.

Yoga

A big part of gaining strength is also gaining flexibility. Our yogility classes are a fusion of yoga and mobility offered to de-stress and meditate while finding direction both on and off the mat. We like to think of yoga as the yin to our CrossFit yang. If you feel like you need more balance in your life, then yogility is the perfect class for you.

Spend focused time every day improving your strength and foundational gymnastic skills to help improve your overall health and fitness. You will move better, learn new drills, and improve your skills in all gymnastic movements.

Absolutely worth every penny! the coaching staff is amazing and I just have to show up and do the work. They offer 1-1 coaching as well as group classes. My favorite gym in town. The programming is sustainable and designed to help you progress and hit PRs without burning out/overtraining. The coaches are awesome and so are the members. I hated Crossfit until a friend talked me into going and now I’m a member. Everyone is so nice from the owner to the coaches to the other members. They make it enjoyable to workout. They joke and kid around with you but are quick to correct a move. I love the class I’m in because I feel we are all close to the same level and no judgement. They always have an alternative exercise if you need. They are very knowledgeable in this field and I trust their judgement
