What I liked to most about the place is how easy it was to get an understanding of the different movements and forms in a short period of time. Also, I appreciate the fact that batch size is limited to 12 which ensures better attention to the group and has helped me correct many flaws in my movements. The nutrition program is a great value addition in combination with great coaching. Overall super experience till date.
Recently joined as one of the older members. Coaches are knowledgeable and follow up often to help learn the techniques. Very well run classes and the environment is one of community helping each other. Well managed, clean, organized and fun!
Amazing place to be a part of. The coaches truly care about not just your fitness, but getting to know you personally to help you reach your goals. The environment and the daily challenge make it easy to get up every day to work out. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good fitness community to be a part of.
I love PIU Fitness! I moved here 6 months ago from out of state and joined the gym so that I could work on my fitness goals and meet new friends. It’s been a whole lot better than I thought! Every coach and group class has made me feel like I’ve been there forever, and that’s a great feeling as a newbie to the area. I also really appreciate that every coach knows my goals and pushes! I’m a lot stronger than I thought I was. Thank you PIU for everything you’ve done for me!!
I’ve been doing small group personal training here for over a year and recently signed up for one-on-one personal training sessions. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and push me to beyond what I’d do in a gym setting on my own. I’ve gotten better results in 30-45 minutes at PIU than in 60 minute classes elsewhere. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get in better shape or take their fitness journey to the next level.
