CLASS SCHEDULE

Group Classes

All of our classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration. Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics in order to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual.

Personal Training

Our trainers will design individualized programs especially suited to meet your needs and provide you with a safe and challenging workout.

Bootcamp (Just Move)

The perfect sixty minute workout. Move through a series of high intensity intervals that combine power + endurance.

Pick It Up Anywhere

The PIU Anywhere program is for those who may be too busy, don’t have access to, can’t afford, or just don’t enjoy a regular gym. These workouts can be done with extremely limited equipment, in very little space, and in a short time if necessary. But don’t worry, if you have more time and/or more equipment – you will have those options too!

PIU Individual Design

All athletes complete an initial assessment to determine their strength and weaknesses. Based on their goals, the coach will then reverse engineer a plan that takes an athlete from where they are to where they want to go. The workouts are delivered via a mobile app.
